Complaint Review: Canada Hair - Sam Conan

This report is about a scam/ripoff that was done by Sam Conan of Canadahair, also known as Canadahair.ca .

I am a content writer, and I was approached by someone (third party) to write about canadahair and post the article on the Huffington Post. They were extremely pushy in asking me to write it and it took me a few days. Once this was posted I asked for the money, to which they completely ignored me and went off the radar.

I then contacted Canadahair, namely Sam Conan in order to tell him what had been going on. I pay someone to use their HuffPost account, and at this time that person removed the post because of Canadahair's unwillingness to pay. Although it was taken down, I still had to pay for this $150.

Another thing, is that Canadahair paid in excess of $300 to the third party for the post, and after I contacted them they received their money back. So not only did I spent time writing and paid $150, I also saved them $300 through contacting them. 

For 4 or 5 days now, I have been totally ignored by Sam Conan and Canadahair.ca. I'm pretty sure my emails have been ignored and a few of the social media accounts I manage keep getting blocked every time I contact them. All I want is the money I have spent as I am out of pocket for something they wanted. Considering they initially spent $300, all I want is $150 back and I will stick to my agreement of placing the article. 

Because of the way they have been blocking and avoiding me, I am becoming more and more frustrated as I spent a lot of time on their project. I have filed this report as a last resort because I don't seem to be getting through to them.
