CANADA POST ripoff CANADIAN POSTAL SERVICE IS RIDICULOUS AND JOKE TORONTO Ontario
I had similar experiece ordering things online through Canadapost. They left me a notice even before goods were actually not shipped by the shipper. In fact shipper just made shipment booking. The issue here is that canadian postal staff are so ill and poorly trained. Further after filing a complaint with their useless customer service i found that wrong excuse for not delivering goods : " receipient not a home" when I or my family members were at home all the 24*7 * 30 days being new in toronto city.
They made a false claim to evade the extra effort of bringing in 10 kgs of goods on higher floor, though elevators were available. They mishandled the delivery period and also made a wrong claim on later dates that receipient was not at home. Also most of canadian postal customer service is full of jokers who only believe what their computer system says, which was fed by a lazy and corrupt delivery staff.
Till today I have not got the packet.
I don't trust this CANADA POST and Canadian lies any more.

I had bad experiece ordering mechandise online through Canadapost.
Staff of Canada post left me a notice of non delivery even without having merchandise with them, in advance.
I enquired next day at post office, they said parcel has not yet arrived and it is yet to come. I waited for another 2 days and only then the real parcel appeared in post office as per telephonic talk.
The issue here is that canadian postal staff are so ill and poorly trained and they claimed that I was not at home so it was not delivered when me and my family were at home all the time 24 *7*30 das being new in city without a car.
Further after filing a complaint with their ridiculous customer service i found the whole postal system were trying to talk lies over lies.
And there was only one ranting from top to bottom level of management that " receipient was not home" since their computer system (tracking system) says that which was programmed with the fake claims of delivery staff.
Infact no body from Canada post had basic manners to deliver the parcel at my home which was 10 kgs weight and they wanted to avoid extra efforts for which they were paid full in advance.
And lies over lies even after reporting and complaining to their ridiculous customer service.
Everyone blindly claims what their computer talks without even making investigating the real mishandling at delivery spot.
These brainless ill mannered do not know that computer do not know that I was at home or not to take the parcel, but computer was wrongly informed.
Canadian postal system is sucking and even they do not have basic investigating procedure if something goes wrong, rather everyone blindly follows computer like herd of fools.
Till today I have not got the packet.
I don't trust this CANADA POST ANY MORE WHICH IS NOTHING MORE THAN A PACK OF PATHETIC WORKFORCE.
