Complaint Review: Canada Post

Canada Post They Have Continued To LIE About The Delivery Date And Have Refused To Deliver My Package To ME! They Have Also Posted Fake Delivery Information On Their Website Claiming That They Are Delivering The Package On Such And Such A Date Which Never Happened! Ottawa Ontario

Canada Post Offers Below The Level, Disgusting, Fake Service!

Back on Tuesday, April 14th, 2020 at 2:45 p.m., I called the Canada Post Customer Service Department Phone At (866) 607-6301  about my Package for 

Tracking Number:  4442172042541299.

Sadly, the Customer Service Representative could Not Even Spell My Name and I Had To Spell It Out For Him.  Not Only That, but he Refused to Add the Building Security Code for the mailman to have access to the building in order for my package to be Properly Delivered back on Wednesday, April 15th, 2020 which Never Arrived!

I did ask to speak to his supervisor and that female supervisor also Refused To Add My Building Security Code To My Tracking Number Case!

After so much frustration, I then decided to write several hundred  complaint letters and did get a response back from Ms. Louise Boudreau, Directrice Corporate And Presidential Affairs (louise.boudreau@canadapost.ca) who did absolutely Nothing For ME In Terms Of ME Getting My Package in a Timely Manner!

Moving Right Along:  According to the CanadaPost.ca website, it was Finally Scheduled To Arrive by Thursday, April 16th, 2020 by 8:00 p.m. and that Never Happened As Well!

Today, being Friday, April 17th, 2020, I have continued to try to contact their Corporate Office phone number at (613) 734-8440, however, you either get Automatically Hung Up On and/or the System Tells You That Nobody Is Available To Speak With You and You Still Get Hung Up On!

Coronavirus Or No Coronavirus!  Canada Post Sucks Big Time In Their Delivery and/or Customer Service Departments!

Either Way You Are Not Going To Get Any Customer Service From Them, Period!

Please Note:  With Purolator, Fed-Ex or UPS, I Never Have These Problems!

Enclosed, in the attachment, please find some pictures showing You that Canada Post Lied About the Delivery Date as of Thursday, April 16th, 2020 for your reference and further review.  Thank You.
