I placed an almost 100 dollar order with them and was debating on 200. They delivered the parcel via regular US mail and do not require a signature for otc products. Thus, being Americans, our mailmen, which they claim they did NOT know, can just leave it sitting anywhere around your house.

We were out of town for 4 days at Emory in Atlanta where my son graduated from medical school. The ceremony and festivities went on 4 days so we were gone 3 and 1/2 days. The package came at this time and I have never seen it. They acted as though I did wrong by attending my sons medical school graduation and told me to call an attorney. ROFL here. We know what attorneys charge in the USA. Do you really think it would be a paramount concern of thiers that a 94.00 package was lost in the US mail from a fradulent Canadian drug company.

Geez. O - and at the same time I had a package ordered from Asia which required a signature. This was a samll package whereas the other should have been big and bulky. They even had the nerve to tell me "that was probably our parcel." Now they don't even know what continent they are on and also told me thier employees were well trained, infallibale, did not make mistkes etc. Let's all go over and watch them walk on water, especially this very rude "Jen>"

I stand by everything that was said in the original remarks. I have yet to receive the parcel nor any kind of " I am sorry that the US mail goofed up." They claim that they did not know the US mail could just sit a parcel anywhere that did not require a signature yet they ship so much. I suggested and still suggest if this is the case that they should ne aware of US mail customs and the way they can handle mail not calling for a signature. And yes, I was called a liar and I was told the package from Pakistan was probably what they sent. I was also told their employees did not MAKE mistakes.

The customer that placed the complaint ordered a product that was shipped out on May 5th 2006, it was delivered to her home on May 13, 2006 at 11.36am. We ship all parcels from Canada Post then it goes to US Customs and then on to the US Postal Service. According to both www.canadapost.ca and www.usps.com the package was delivered at 11.36am on May 13.

The USPS delivery person told her it was delivered when she was not home.

We have NEVER called a customer a liar, nor said our staff are infallible or do not make mistakes. We are the first to admit we made a mistake.

We have started an investigation/claim with Canada Post for this customer to find out why the USPS delivery person just left the package instead of make sure someone was home. We have filed the claim on her behalf.

When the USPS informs us that a package has been delivered that is what we rely on. Our policy is based on the USPS tracking of the package and delivery of the package. If we change our policy and ship another free order when a customer tells us they did not receive the order, BUT the USPS states they delivered it, we would not be in business very long.
