Well over a month ago I sent for an information package to a company known as Canadian Consumer Services Incorporated. The package cost $40 and after waiting an unacceptable amount of time to receive this thing (a month) I wanted to find out what was going on.

This wasn't easy to do as I no longer had the physical mailing address (still don't) to contact these people. Through some checking I managed to locate their email address and send. Then I remembered they claimed to be a member of the Ontario Chamber of Commerce so I contacted those people to see if I could track down a phone number.

I'll tell you, it's been one headache after another and I'm STILL OUT $40!!!

First I was told that I needed to send the $40 by some airhead named Camille. When I informed her that I indeed sent this, actually able to prove this by FAX, she later responds by mentioning that they did indeed send the package but it was returned by Canada Post as an invalid mailing address.

I know full well that's 100% garbage. I've repeatedly sent out mail orders and stuff like that for various products and NOT ONCE have I ever encountered anything like this before.

Anyway, these people offered to either send the package out again or offer me a refund. I opted for the refund because I was offended by the fact that these people never even so much as made an attempt to contact me to let me know what was going on. That's totally unprofessional from their end and I no longer wanted any part of them.

So I asked for the refund, TWO WEEKS AGO and have YET TO RECEIVE IT! I've sent repeated emails over and over and they have yet to acknowledge me. I'm fed up and I want my money back.

I'm also submitting this report to warn anybody else out there about these people. These guys are bad news all the way.

Here I file a complaint about these idiots elsewhere, only to find out I'm not the only one with a serious problem with Canadian Consumer Services Inc. I have it as Canadian Consumers Services Incorporated, but my complaint is the same.

I'VE BEEN RIPPED OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I paid these idiots $40 and waited OVER A MONTH to receive this "directory" they were supposed to send me. NEVER GOT IT!

And, there was no response from their end either. It wasn't until I contacted them did we start to get to the bottom of the situation.

For starters, they insisted I never sent them the money. That's 100% BS!!!

I DID! I even faxed it to them to prove I did.

Then, they respond by saying that Canada Post returned the package because the addy they sent to was invalid.

I'm not an idiot! I've sent for countless packages and NOT ONCE have I ever encountered a problem like this!

So, these people gave me an option to either have this package sent to me again or get a refund. I opted for the refund. I want nothing to do with a company that didn't have the decency to try and contact me as soon as there was a problem. That's not only unprofessional, but unethical on their part.

And you know what? It's been OVER TWO WEEKS and STILL NO REFUND!

I want my money back!!!! Looks like I have to do the round of nasty emails too!
