I bought a juicer that didn't work after installation. I pressed power button twice and it didn't work. I brought it back to the store for a refund, which the store refused to give it to me for $80.37. I am a senior who lives on small pension.I was extremely disappointed with return policy for faulty juicer and will never shop there again. Instead I was given a gift card for the same amount for a year which I will use only to buy cat food.
I wrote a letter to Michael B. Medline/CEO at Canadian Tire Corporation in Toronto regarding the faulty juicer to which he never replied. This corporation has bad reputation for poor customer service. Never to shop in Canadian stores!
