Complaint Review: canadian tire

My name is karla silva, 6-22-23 went to get my servicedone basic oil change, they callme in the middle to advise about air filter I agree to change it. when I went home I all the oil was spilled on the floor went back and they tellme that the treads in the oil deposit are gone. and thats why. but the expert mechanicals wehre considered enough to let me know abou filter and tires but not about the innminent danger of driving with no screw what makes me thing they screw up the threads, or in any way let me drive in that condition. Manager DAVE had the worse attitude and insulted me, he wants me to pay for the fixing, someone like that shouldnt be working in service, extremly rude and hast no vocation for costumer service. my car has been in the shop for 3 days now. I just want it fixed and not have to pay for their mistakes.
