We rented an RV from this company and for 26 days to travel Canada. It was a horrible experience, and a complete rip off. My husband is highly allergic to dogs and smoke, I mentioned the smells to the man and he said it was just because it was cleaned it would go away. I figured he lied but he said they used a special cleaner... and with in a few hours developed his symptoms and got ill. I called the location and advised them of this and they assured me it was impossible because it is meticulously kept up. I found a RV centre outside Toronto and pulled in and explained the issue to them. The manager does not smoke and entered the unit and said he could smell the smoke and wet dog. I called him back and he said we could drive back but he would not give us another one as they were all reserved, (yea all 60 there?) and we would loose our deposit. and partial payment. I called the head office, that was a joke, they transfered me to the same guy several times in Etobicoke. So the man in Etobicoke put some other guy on the phone who spoke down to me and asked for my husband so he could explain things to him like I am an idiot for being female. So my husband said let me hear what he has to say. Here is his suggestion, air the unit out and buy some frebreee and spray everything, if that doesnt work take the bedding and all to the laundry mat and wash it. If that fails stop at Cnadaian Tire and ask for an oder or smoke eater. What he could not tell me this, hold on, they were not willing to pay for anything. I ended up turning around after we got to the grocery store, bought groceries and opened the fridge to mold and a funky smell, Returning it was redicuous. they actually argued with us and said Ìt cant be a smoke smell we set off abomb" So I asked what a bomb was to the quit guy working, he said it is a order neutralier. Why would they use one if there had been no problem, So it ended up costing us 1137.62 for a day. They said there was a scratch on the bumber that would cost 200 to fix and because we did not sweep it or empty the holding tank that was another charge.

Avoid this place like a plague, and do not give your credit card number to them under any circumstance or they will screw you. I searched online lately and found tons of complaints about several things.... check them out first
