Canasa holding company requested a credit insurance payment of six hundred dollars to obtain a loan in the amount of ten thousand dollars. They later told me they couldnt find a company to insure me.

After two weeks, this company has not returned my calls, nor have they refunded my money. When my husband called to inquire about a refund, the manager told him to "stop harrasing".

There's no loan for you. You just played Santa Claus and gave them $600.

Merry f**kin Christmas Canasa!

Real loans don't work like that. If you got no credit nobody is going to loan you one dime.

And, insurance? How can you insure somebody with bad credit? Not possible.

Let me guess, you were told to wire the money to Canada? So, there's no way to trace it or get a refund.

All you can do is learn from this. Forget loans. Forget credit cards. If you keep trying, you'll just get cheated again.

From now on, keep your money in your pocket. You may not get a loan, but you'll always have the money you earned.

Ma'am, if you would carefully read my previous statement you would notice that I mentioned patience as being a virtue, impatience a vice. You need to realize that the world does not revolve around you and there are other clients of our company. You cannot reach a representative because you were being argumentative and no communication was occuring. You had been warned that calm conversation was the only method to be used in order to proceed, and you ignored said warnings. Therefore you simply need to await your package in the mail, 4-6 weeks from now.

The details of any processing times and/or the lengths of which were not disclosed to myself or my husband honestly. Not returning the money I sent in full at your absolute earliest convenience, then to add insult to injury making your entire staff unavailable for my phone calls regarding this issue is bad business. No matter what your poor customer service practices might be, that gives you no right to accept funds from me on the premise that you are going to provide a service when you know that you never had any intention of following through.Keep in mind that what goes around most definitely comes right back around.

Impatience. In the interest of keeping your personal information confidential there are slight processing times the lengths of which are always disclosed prior to commencement. If the client does not have the patience to wait out the process, there is not much alternative.
