Complaint Review: Candi Rose aka Candice Rosenberg aka Millionaire Flipper

Candi Rose is a habitual consultant and coach, con artist. She signs up for programs online, finishes the programs, asks for above and beyond help, gets all she needs from the firm, then charges them back. 

Most consulting firms only take wires. Candi Rose always insists on using American Express because she knows they blindly protect thier customers when they charge back. This allows her to consistenly get free coaching and consulting from people in the field. 

She is prolific at doing this. Shes been stealing from people sincer her drug addicted stripper days. 

At one point she even dated an owner of a consulting firm, until she got what she needed from him then stole his IP, as well as stole his real estate project, then charged him back for his services. On top of that she went around lying, telling people he abused her. 

She has stolen no less than a confimed 5 times from big name consulting firms. 

She's also known to partner up with people, then use them, and not split the profits on the deals they do together. She is an expert at making you think she's legit, then sticking it to you when she's got what she needs. 

She typically asks for something out of the normal scope of work, knowing the consultant can't and won't do it, only to then act mad about it and use it to justify a chargeback.
