We signed up with candle wealth through Peggy Daley with the understanding from her that there was little cost to join and maintain our master's membership. That this program was like no other program as there is no favoretisem and every one has the same advantages as everyone else in this program if they desided to go retail they could it was there choice how that person wanted to make their own profit of (100%-400%) is what we were told.

After deciding to join and purchasing a masters kit Peggy Daley and Carolyn expressed that it wasn't a wise idea to go retail, it's a waist of time and effort that they would not personally support it. This was told to us at a team meeting training. Concentrate on selling kits

Peggy Daley explained to us that the way you get leeds is to work events selling candles or we could buy the leads (which by the way are very costly) and that all money and leads would be put together and divided up evenly between everyone who worked that event and that no one had any advantage over any one else. Again we heard from Peggy & Carolyn how fair this would be. Everyone had to have at least 25 to 30 candles for each event and they would be displayed for sale.
When the time came closer for the shows we were told the price of each 4 hour session that we would work $47.00 & $55.00 (Well if your are rich you can work several shifts but we just couldn't afford to work several like others did) then come to find out that our candles were only on display for sale while we worked our 4 hour shifts. Instead of having a few of everyone's candles out the whole show. Again only the rich prospered from this. Those that could afford to work several shifts sold more of their candles then others. Also while at the shows if other team members made a connection with someone then they could put their names on the lead card and later claim it. This we now know to be true because one of the leads we were given belong to someone else. Peggy called me and took that master kit sale away from us because they had connected with another team member. She did give us another lead, and as of today still have not been able to reach this person. Were is the fairness? (Later we found out from Peggy that if you conected with someone you were to put your name on the top of the lead so that you might get that leed and if you really bonded with that person to circle your name and you would be sure to get that lead)
Many of the buyers of the candles were friends of Peggy Daley, Joni or Carolyn Beck's and a few of the other ladies, instead of showing this potential customers all of the candles for sale they only showed these people their own candles for sale as getting these customers to sign up through them and kept those leads.
I being new to Visalia and the area not knowing a lot of people, this too is a disadvantage for me. I have personally heard & watched Peggy Daley be asked for john doe and they were not working the shift or event so Peggie went ahead and persuaded them to sign up with her instead Peggy did the same thing when we signed up. Another gentleman actually sold us on candle wealth and Peggy took the credit for it.
All Peggy Daley cares about is use getting 2 leeds so she can get paid. (all we have heard is 2 leads, just get 2 leads, so we all can get paid) When she found out we did not have money to spend this month for out monthly purchase she has ignored us. We did plan to make a purchase soon but we now are second guessing our choice.

To this day we have put way more into this company with not much in return but some retail sales. In closing I want to make the following points:
1) Peggy Daley has not returned calls
2) All Peggy cares about is leads and money
3) The way Peggy runs things is not like she stated they would be. Her or Carolyn Beck keep changing them every time they feel like it.
4) Things are not split evenly and farely
5) No way to know how much money or leeds was really made and that these two Things were split evenly & fairly. We just have to go on trust HA HA

6) The way Peggie Daley has it set up the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.

I am sorry that these two had such a bad experience with Candle Wealth.

I joined Candle Wealth in 2007 both to earn extra money and to have a enjoyable hobby. After talking with several people from the company (not just the sales person trying to sell me a kit) I decided this was a good company to go with. I, like everyone, was told that I could do retail, sell kits or do it all depending on how much of a go getter I wanted to be. At the time I was out of work and really looking to beef up the business I had started years earlier so I started doing retail, setting up my own booths at shows all over the tri state area where I live. Now in 2007 the depression was hitting hard so my sales weren't as good as I would have liked but I knew that if I wanted to make more money I had to step it up some. After taking another look at my business I decided to add fundraisers to my business plan. Soon after getting several schools I also added weddings (making a beautiful six piece wedding set made up of the bride with veil and two brides maids, a groom and two best men complete with tuxedo and all of it done in soy wax). I grew my business to the point where I was traveling up and down the east coast selling my candles to anyone and everyone that would take the time to look at them. I built my business up until I had a mini stroke in 2009 which put me out of commission for a long time. I had no problems from Candle Wealth or any of their representatives when I had to stop buying supplies and got many calls of good wishes over the last few years.

My point is that I worked hard to build my business and when a roadblock got in my way I kicked it over and pushed forward to succeed. After my mini stroke I lost everything that I had built but that was in no way Candle Wealth's fault and now that I am up to about 90% I am looking into starting everything back up again and I have no problem getting my supplies from Candle Wealth again.

It seem to me that these two just didn't have to drive to find a solution to their failing business. They stated that the "rich" was the ones to benefit from these shows but we have all heard the saying of "it takes money to make money". I want to add this to that saying: It take drive and motivation to build a business. Nothing will ever be handed to you and quite frankly if you fail in a business then it is probably your own fault. You say that Peggy lied to you and was unfair but from what I have read, from what you typed, she didn't lie. Yes you can make a lot of money with Candle Wealth if you are willing to go for it. So selling kits didn't do it for you so branch out and explore some of the other options available to you. You are in no way restricted to one path. It is your business so run like a business. If one thing fails then try something else.

Now I don't know Peggy or Carolyn (I least I don't think I do) and they may have lied to get a sale but I do know that you should not blame Candle Wealth because you can't make a go of your business. If you keep pushing and experimenting with new ways of building your business then you should do fine.

Hi, I wanted to say that I have been with Candlewealth now for a year and I dont know what happend to you. I have never heard of what this lady did to you. I have a great sponsor and an upline sponsor that has helped me all the way. This lady that you are talking about is very wrong in the way she had done her business, and for her being your sponsor it sounds like she is just out for herself. I have 109 people under me and I know all of them and alot of them didnt even get a kit to start with and just signed up free and ordered when they wanted to and sold there candles, some of them that couldnt order anything I would send them some of my stuff that I had left over and that way they could at lest get started and then if they wanted to they could get a kit later,  if they wanted to do the business, if they didnt want to get people under them then they could just order when they wanted to just to make them at home and sell them for money.As far as concetrateing on selling kits she is wrong, alot of people couldndt afford to get a kit and also having to get their cv every month to keep their postion and that is where the sponsor comes in to help, this lady was out for herself.As far as leads, they are exsepensive and alot of people dont want to do leads over the phone and that is also where the sponsor is suppose to help. I have people under me that I have given them website where they can get free lead and I have even emailed them leads to help out and also placed people under them and did a 3 way with them,and as far as putting your candles together, thats a bunch of bull,if you have a party and all of you are in it toghter then if you want then after you sell your candles at the party pour then you all can split the money but what she says is crap the lady makes me mad.I just wish that I could have been your sponsor and you wouldnt have had to go through this. When you have a team you all work together and help each other like my team does, we talk and have meetings on the phone every Tuesday about ways we can sell our candles and ideas about making them and just having fun and getting ideas from each other.I am so sorry you had to go through this.I dont know if you know this or not or if you are still with Candlewealth, but they have changed their name to Ceresliving now cause they have parterned up with a number one leading medical research company called Neo Stem and they still do have the candles but they dont make you get a kit anymore,they have a new product calle AIO that is a adult stem cell repair for the body which helps with all kinds of chronic diesae, I have cancer and Tyroid diease and Osteoarthritus ,and I have been taking the AIO for 2 months now and I dont have to take my medication for pain anymore, I sleep better, no stress, my hair is growing, my nails, my skin is smoother and it has gave me back 10 years to my life, and alot of other people are using it to. Candlewealth is a great company if you just had someone that cared, all my people are doing well and even though it changed its name we are still a team, and I still help all of them and we help each other,we still have the candles stuff but just not the kits and also the AIO now . So I hope that if you are still in Candlewealth that is Ceresliving now that you can at lest maybe try one of you upline sponsors and talk to them about getting another sponsor. I am sorry for what happend to you and if you would like you can always call me and maybe I can help. My Experience with CandleWealth

It is a shame that Tami and Mike feel they were treated improperly and I hope that their issue can be resolved to their satisfaction.

Running a business is hard work, and CandleWealth cetainly didn't lead me to believe that I was not going to have to put forth effort to make my business successful. I have been involved in many home business opportunities and had never made a dime, until I found CandleWealth. I'm not rich, but my business is profitable and growing.

Quality leads are expensive, but if you have ever spent time trying to generate leads on your own, you already know how difficult it is. Nobody forces anybody to participate in the lead programs, but if you want to build your business you need some type of lead program unless you personally know people who are interested in starting a business.

I am not in Carolyn or Peggy's group, but I have been helped by the training they have provided. They have provided this training free of charge and they share it with anyone who wants it. They and others involved in CandleWealth share their experiences of what has work for them and you as an individual are free to try whatever you think will work for you.

Does everybody succeed? Sadly, the answer is no, but I personally am successful for the first time and I feel that things will only get better.

Now you state, Mike says Peggy hasn't returned calls, which I know is not true. I know first hand she has called, left messages, and Mike & Tami have not called her back. The reason is because the issues are with her so why would we take it to her or any of her FRIENDS when we would get no out come?

You state that , Peggy also emailed them as soon as Mike had forwarded her the email of the rep off report. Peggy immediately called and then emailed stating
that she was very sorry they felt this way, and they had contacted the Vice Pres. of the company before contacting her, so they could go over the accusations. She went on in the email and said, that she was praying that whatever they pursue, that they would be successful. THE TRUTH HURTS AND YOU DID NOT WANT THIS DAMAGING INFORMATION GETTING OUT AS IT DID!

You state also, WE have MANY DISTIBUTORS VERY HAPPY WITH THE COMPANY, AND VERY VERY HAPPY TO BE WORKING WITH PEGGY AND CAROLYN. The two booths that Mike and Tami have complained about, we didn't receive any other complaints from anyone else. What does that really say? Do in fact as YOUR ALL FRIENDS of FRIENDS and will back one another is! You state, What does that really say? My response is simple, Why would your own friends call you on you OWN SCAM? They Wont if there getting something off of it! Your closing statement, As you can probably see, first they didn't give the business a chance, and they have to blame others for the failure instead of taking responsibility for themselves. We did give it a try and did not like what we saw so we spoke out the TRUTH and took stance to not partake in this SCAM and DID take RESPONSIBILITY for OUR SELVES buy addressing the issues so that no one else gets SCAMMED! Now that everyone can see that the facts are clear and your 50% statements are creditable to our facts we do not need to discus this any more. We will do as we are and letting the PEOPLE know as our right of FREEDOM OF SPEECH that CANDLE WEALTH is FAKE and you run a SCAM Business with your FRIENDS! My final FACT to all this is,

Mike Miller didn't not sign up because he is on disability, but Tami Correira his girlfriend did. When they signed the contract, the cost of the kit and monthly points to stay active was VERY CLEAR. (Written clearly on the contract)
They are complaining that favouritism took place, of which is not true. They wanted the opportunity to retail, so we gave them a spot in two different booths. When doing this, we take the cost of the booth and divide it by those that work the booth. They then divide the leads that came in. He was disappointed in the number of leads that came in, of which is not our fault.
No one can guarantee what kind of numbers will come through one show.

He also complained that his candles were not out for the whole show. No one's candles were out for the whole show, unless they paid for all sessions. He also complained about the cost per session. Mike & Tami were informed of the cost per session prior to each event and that is how they came to the decision that they only wanted to work one session per event.

Everyone had the same opportunity to choose how many session they could work. Mike & Tami chose one session per event.

Due to the fact that there was not enough room to display everyone's candles, they were only displayed during the session they paid for.

Mike is complaining that only the rich prosper.
It only makes sense that if you own a business and your doors are open 10 hours that you will make a bigger profit then another business who is only open 4 hours.

We will admit there was a mistake by giving Mike & Tami Mr. Gomez's lead that Mr. Gomez had already connected with. Mike is saying that Peggy Daley called him and took away a Master Kit sale that was rightfully Mr. Gomez's. But the fact is that Mr. Gomez never sold a Master Kit to this lead. This is how leads or sales go.

You never know, but we were being fair, because this lead was Mr. Gomez's (which this lead was out of state) and we did make it right for both Mr. Gomez and gave Mike another lead (which was in Mike's local area). We just did a trade. This is something we do all the time. We would of done the samething for Mike, if he had the connection with a lead. Fact is no sale ever took place.

Mike and Tami came to a training before the booth of which they signed up for, and the instructions of how we run a booth was covered.
Yes, we do instruct the distributor that if there is a real connection to put their name at the top of the lead sheet and circle it if you really want the lead. Mr. Gomez had done that.

Mike and Tami were also instructed to do this also. They all were at the same training.
Mike is also complaining that the distribtors working the booth only show their candles and not everyone's. This is impossible, because all the candles are on display and the customer browses the table. Sounds like to me that Mike finds everything to complain about, instead of having a positive attitude and understanding that building a business takes time, energy, and a pro-active attitude.

Mike says that many of the buyers of the candles were friends of Peggy, Carolyn's and Joanie's. First there was no Joanie, second Carolyn didn't have candles at the show, because she was allowing other distritutors a chance to work the show, and if Peggy had friends come to the show, GOOD FOR HER.

Mike's comment about Peggy taking another gentlemens leads, he being one of them is also incorrect. When Mike visited one of our booths, he did chat with another person, but this person didn't put his name at the top of the lead sheet, because he didn't what him as a lead, so no ones name was on Mike's lead sheet.

So those leads go into a pile which are divided evenly among the people who worked the booth. And unfortunately Peggy got stuck with him, even though she tried by training them with special decorating classes, she also held an unscheduled Candle Class for Tami who had invited three people to come to the class and not one person showed up. And I suppose they feel this was Peggy's fault as well.

She also offered opportunity's to further their business by them doing retail, at one of them being a Friday Night Farmer's Market and when Peggy called the lady to see if they had pursued this, the lady told Peggy they had called, but never followed through. If Peggy was so greedy and money hungry, she wouldn't of given them the opportunity. When she realize they were not going to do the Farmers Market she gave it to another distributor and they are doing great retail sales at this event.

The issues were addressed how ever when asked to provide a happy soulution to the issues at hand how ever we have heard nothing from any one. We will follow through with other options on this matter and would like others to know about this business! Here is my last email to them out lineing the facts as they wish to take it as a personal issue when it is a Company Issue as well as Company's reputation.

Mike I would be happy to help you with that question. The Company Candle Wealth
Int has 2 represinitive/ co owner's working/ representing the Candle Wealth Int Company. The way the 2 represenitive/ co owners represented the Company Candle Wealth Int to us is not the real Candle Wealth Int Company you run. Since these 2 people are a part of the Candle Wealth Int Company and trained to do business accordingly under Candle Welath Int name they would be Candle Wealth Int role models and mentor's for other people in the Candle Wealth Int Company to look up to. We have provided you with contatct information and have heard nothing from you except through emails. We have provided you with our request to solve this problem and there has been no disscushion to solve the issues at hand. With that said I have exsplained myself well enough and would like to close with that this is a Company issue NOT personal issue.

Hello Mike! Peggy did email us as well as call and Carolyn Beck. The situation was not corrected do to the following: They are all friends and tight knit as they will back one another regardless as this has happend in the phone call from Carolyn Beck regardless if they are wrong in the situation.

"What is the remedy to the situation that will make it right by you?"

That would be that every one be trained/treated the same, to have what is said followed through with. Have action taken to correct these matters so that it does not happen again. With that said and in all fareness we would like 2 solid
leads put in each side of our tree.
