I do a lot of traveling for business purposes and I decided to try this new hotel that was just built. the high speed that they had did not function correctly so I used dial-up on a local number to access the internet, upon My checkout at the front dest I asked the attendant about the phone charges totaling 9.20 and her reply was that it is a cutomary for them to do that for their own protection and she does not know how to reverse the charges but when the manager comes in at 7:00 she will tell her and it will be done. I followed up with a call later that afternoon and the manager said it will get done sometime today and will fax me a "new" bill. The next day I called Holiday Inn customer service and filed a complaint at which time the rep assurd me that the credit should be on my next statement.

3 days ago I recieved my statement from American express on top of not crediting my account the added 5.00 in charges that I knew nothing about. I re contacted Holiday inn Custome service, they said they will get back to me within 48 hours..... Still waiting......
