I had a horrible experience when we took our family, I complained when I got there. They were rude and inconsiderate. It was advertised as family friendly and it was like a swingers party. We told our friends how bad it was and then found out what a bad reputation it had. When I wrote a google review it was deleted.
My husband and his co-workers went to a fishing tournament off season there and when they got there they had a bed bug infestation.They had to find another hotel an hour away and their money was not returned. When all 12 of them wrote google reviews their's were deleted also.
This company is misrepresenting themselves, what can be done?
