I purchased four pair of the retro jordans for my son's birthday.On the first day he wore a pair they tore up.The paint started to peel on both shoes.Then the next pair he wore the sole came a loose on both shoes. I have sent three emails and digital pictures like the policy said and I have not received any notification from them. I spent a good deal of money and I would like the courtesy of someone contacting me to help resolve this issue. The shoes that did come were poorly put together and of very bad quality. I will never purchase anything from cankicks.com again and I will never recommend them to anyone. So please take heed cankicks.com have defective shoes and bad customer service.

CUSTOMER'S ITEM WAS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING AND WAS DEFECTIVE, IT WAS RETURNED FOR FULL REFUND

Customer was able to return the defective item for a full refund to fix the issue, the item was simply damaged during shipping.
