Complaint Review: Cankicks.com

I recently purchased a pair of Air Jordan XI's from this company, knowing full well that $79.99 is a ridiculously low price for these extremely hard to find shoes. However, upon receiving the shoes and wearing them for a few hours, the insole lining started to come apart at the toes. Like I said, I knew I was buying knock-offs and I guess I should have expected this, but after only a few hours???

When I contacted the company, they had me submit digital photos of the offense, which I did promptly. Their reply was that since the shoes were worn, they could only offer a 40% discount on a future order. This was the most absurd resolution I could have imagined. I agreed the shoes were worn, but I've NEVER had a shoe insole come apart after less than 4 hours of use.

I wasn't running around in them either. I was simply walking like normal. To their credit, Cankicks does admit that they do not sell anything authentic, but I would highly advise anyone NOT to purchase from this company. The product will come as advertised, but their customer service is non-existent. Save your money until they retro the Jordans and buy them AUTHENTIC.
