I ordered by cannon at the end of December 2008. My credit card was billed the full amount of approxiamatly $1000, the web site clearly states you will be billed half on order and half when shipped, and I still have not recieved my cannon.

We have sent numerous e-mails with no responses, or poor information. We were told it was on backorder in January and would be shipped to us in 10 days. As of June 3rd 2009 we still do not have our cannon. This company has not answered the phone, and has not responded to any phone call messages.

We have requested our money back, but have not yet got a response to this request. I would like my money back so I can order a cannon elsewhere.

This company seems to have no problem taking the full amount of payment, which goes against there advertised billing procedure, and not sending the product.

We are currently in the process of contacting the BBB and local authorities to help with what appears to be an internet scam.

BUYER'S BEWARE they will take your money and not send you your order!!!!

Cannon-Mania Cumming Georgia bank able to get money back.

I called my bank and let them know what was going on. They put my charge into a dispute of charges, and let me know they had to try to contact the company before crediting my account. With in a few weeks the bank was able to credit my account back for the charges.
