Complaint Review: Cannon Vista Hospital

This Hospital needs to update their phones and their billing system. I never received a Bill and I've been calling this hospital for the past 2 months you leave a message nobody answers and calls you back and you call after 4:00 p.m. the phone just rings and rings and then it eventually hangs up on you after a half an hour; it's like a 1960s medical service.

I mean every hospital has an answer machine that you can leave a message and you can request a Bill but this phone just rings and rings and rings for a half an hour and then just hangs up on you and I don't have an account number and I don't have any information and I've been trying to get them the workers compensation lawyers phone number so they can communicate with them because I've been trying to get in touch with this hospital for the past 2 months nobody answers the phone and when you leave a message nobody ever returns your phone call.

This Hospital closes down for the weekend on Friday 4:00 p.m. so if you have an emergency I don't know what to tell you nobody answers the phone at this place their hours are only. Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. then they go home for the weekend but you have to leave a message before 4:00 p.m. because the phone just rings and nobody answers it I didn't know hospitals have banking hours.

Every other state in the Union has 24/7 Hospital representation where you can ask for a Bill and have it sent to you, but not this Hospital they must have a out dateed system that was in place back in 1973?
