This is to inform the public that Cantera at Coronado Ranch located in Las Vegas, Nevada and the management company Picerne Real Estate Group has ripped off several Las Vegas apartment renters.

The apartments at this location are wired incorrectly causing energy bills for residents to often be triple the amount of a regular energy bill for a comparable unit. After many calls to management, the electricians at the complex had to hire real electricians (from an outside company) to fix the problem. Picerne Real Estate Group will not reimburse residents for these energy bills, nor admit to faulty electrical wiring.

Cantera at Coronado Ranch has also charged several residents thousands of dollars in fake charges upon moveout. These bills range from pet stains (even when an owner did not own a pet) to hundreds of dollars for 'incorrect paint color' when the management office gave them the bucket of paint from their own office. They also charge residents 50.00 for 'dirty tiles' when we had cleaned the tiles ourselves on our hands and knees. The company will tell you your final rent price, then claim that you never paid and charge it to you again.

The management (Renee, Francis and Kelly from Picerne) will call you several times harassing you and threatening you to pay up "or else." They say they'll 'bargain' with you when you tell them you won't pay the thousands they charged you. Several residents are seeking legal action, as Cantera continues to charge responsible renters all over Las Vegas. This company should be pulled out of business immediately.
