I am sooo mad that I fell for their FREE 8x10 SCAM!  I have ordered several canvases for my home and this was the first time I have ever been disappointed.  First, the over-charged me by $11.00 when I specifically remembered my total being $114.00. When I called, I could get no one on the phone as they were experiencing "high call volumes" and I left a message.  They did call me back, but I missed the call and they did no leave a number where I could actually reach someone.  I emailed them and they said it would take up to 72 hours for a response.  The email was sent 1.1.13 and I still have not received a reply about reimbursement of them over-charging me. When you get a confirmation email, they do not detail anything on what the individual cost was, they just send a total amount.  The canvases themselves are shotty craftmenship and about 1/2 inch width.  Their is also BAD GLARE on all my canvases.  Shipping is awful too, they go to NO lengths to make sure your canvas will be safely shipped. BUYER BEWARE!  If you want a great QUALITY CANVAS use www.canvasondemand.com

Canvas People Customer Service did email me back with charge details on 1/18/13 and it was not including my free 8x10.  I emailed them back describing that I placed my order for a free 8x10.  They did email me back today and they are crediting my card for the difference.  I am satisfied with the customer service after several weeks but I am not satisfied with the product.  I'm glad they did what was right.
