I ordered a painting as a gift and still have not received it a whole month after it was meant to be delivered. I requested a refund that won’t be sent for 28 Days (seriously?!). I’m never spending money on this place again.

This Report Is False & Made By A Competitor - Please Read Our Response

This is another false complaint made by a competitor.   We now know these are being made by the owners of a competitor who have been trying to discredit us and all other companies who sell art online.    In fact they have escalated their attacks against us with seven false complaints in 18 days and a total of over 170 against other art companies.  

As we have done with the other false complaints, let us explain why we know this posting is false. 1) We have never sold to anyone by the name of Roxy in our 17 years.  2) We have 24 past customers from San Antonio, TX and the San Antonio area in our database.  The most recent purchase from San Antonio was in May of this year by a Karol S.   3) The whole premise that we did not deliver an order and would not provide a refund is ridiculous.   A customer can get the status of their order at any time with us and we email a tracking number when your order ships.   We guarantee all our works.  If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason simply return it for a refund.   This kind of customer service is how we have built our business for 17 years.   4) Read the way this complaint is written.  This competitor company is using an offshore spamming service to write negative comments about other vendors and has become infamous on RipOff Report for mass posting negative complaints against all art vendors.  You can tell by the way these complaints are poorly written they are not legitimate customers but an offshore spamming farm.  You will see in the Art Galleries and Art Gallery categories of RipOff Reports there were 168 complaints posted in a ten day window of Dec. 14-24 against a wide variety of art vendors including Canvas Replicas.  These are not from real customers but the spam farm used by one company focused on discrediting their competition.  We are not going to name this competitor company here but if you wish to know who they are you can easily find that information in the Consumer Comment sections of any complaint against us or any other art vendor.   We are very familiar with this company and they would certainly not be the first art company we would choose if we were a customer purchasing paintings.
