I have ordered painting from canvasreplicas . com and I am wondering because 3 weeks after I placed my order I still did not receive any feedback about my order from canvasreplicas.com so I started to contact the support Mr. Bart and I am surprised he said that I did not place any order so I provide all documents showing that I place an order but he said there is no any order from me reflecting to their system. This is a scam website who took you money with no exchange! I reported them to BBB and it started to close their website, please see attached picture.

This Report Is False & Made By A Competitor - Please Read Our Response

This is a false complaint.   We now know these are being made by one specific competitor who has been trying to discredit us and all other companies who sell art online.    In fact they have escalated their attacks against us with two false complaints in five days.   

As we have done with the other false complaints, let us explain why we know this posting is a false complaint. 1) We have never sold to anyone in Capon Bridge, West Virginia. 2) We have ten past customers named Elena in our database.  The most recent purchase from a real Elena was an order of five paintings shipped to Athens, Greece in October of this year.   The previous order from another real customer named Elena was in September of 2015 (very happy with her Van Gogh and lives in Troy, MI).   3) This "customer" stated we took payment and did not send their painting.  We use PayPal as our merchant account because they protect both the customer and the business.  If we were to take payment and not deliver PayPal would not allow us to use their service.   And if you have any questions about our integrity or our service, we invite you to contact PayPal directly who we have used for 16 years as our merchant account for a reference.   We have a spotless customer history with PayPal which we are very proud of.    4) In this complaint the "customer" states they had filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.   The "customer' used the term BBB because we assume they could not spell Bureau and they stated the BBB was shutting our business down.   We have no complaints from the Better Business Bureau and in fact we have an A+ rating with the BBB.   That rating is available for the public to look up and see on the Better Business Bureau website.   5) Read the way the complaint is written.  This competitor company is using an offshore spamming service to write negative comments about other vendors and has become infamous on RipOff Report for mass posting negative complaints against all art vendors.  You can tell by the way these complaints are poorly written they are not legitimate customers but an offshore spamming farm. (They refer to me as Mr. Bart - that's almost too hilarious to point out).  You will see in the Art Galleries and Art Gallery categories of RipOff Reports there were 132 complaints posted in a four day window of Dec. 14-17 against a wide variety of art vendors including Canvas Replicas.  These are not from real customers but the spam farm used by one company focused on discrediting their competition.  We are not going to name this competitor company here but if you wish to know who they are you can easily find that information in the Consumer Comment sections of any complaint against us or any other art vendor.   We are very familiar with this company and they would certainly not be the first art company we would choose if we were a customer purchasing paintings.
