Placed an order online with canvasreplicas.com because they are claiming that their painting is Museum quality so I got attracted. But, after I received the painting it was damaged and poor quality. I contacted their support and they said they will issue a refund but I did not receive any for two months now. Contacted them again, but no response anymore!

This is a false complaint.   We know these are being made by a specific competitor who has been trying to discredit us and all other companies who sell art online.

As we have done with the other false complaints, let us explain why we know this posting is a false complaint. 1) We have never sold to any customers in China.   2) In addition, there is no such place as Anthisnes China and we suspect what happened was the competitor who was making this false complaint was confused when asked to list a location.   3) We have no one with the name Wan in our database of past customers.   4) The whole premise an order was damaged or of poor quality, and that we would not provide a refund is ridiculous.    They also seem to be unsure whether they should say it was damaged or they thought it was poor quality so they said both.    However, we guarantee all our works.  If any customer is not satisfied with their order for any reason simply return it for a refund.    This kind of customer service is how we have built our business for 17 years.   5) Our customer service and communication is one of the things we pride ourselves on.  If you call during our business hours (listed below) you will speak to us live.   If you call after hours and leave a message you will receive a call back the next day.  If you send an email you will receive a reply within the hour.   It is one of the traits which sets us apart.  To say we did not respond to any communication shows it is not a real customer.     6) Read the way this complaint is written. 

This competitor company is using an offshore spamming service to write negative comments about other vendors and has become infamous on RipOff Report for mass posting negative complaints against all art vendors.  You can tell by the way these complaints are poorly written they are not legitimate customers but an offshore spamming farm.   You will see in the Art Galleries and Art Gallery categories of RipOff Reports there were nearly 200 complaints posted in a ten day window of Dec. 14-29 against a wide variety of art vendors including Canvas Replicas.  These are not from real customers but the spam farm used by one company focused on discrediting their competition.  We are not going to name this competitor company here but if you wish to know who they are you can easily find that information in the Consumer Comment sections of any complaint against us or any other art vendor.   We are very familiar with this company and would be happy to tell you the company name as well as what we know about these complaints if you wish to call us.
