Canyon State Enterprises, LLC Replaced only part of my roof, did not finish the job. Was paid by insurance to do the entire roof. Internet
Steven Grayson, Insurance Claims Specialist and his boss(can't remember the name) came by my house offering to install a new roof on my home after storm damage. I told them the insurance company had already paid me their estimate and I had spent it. They told me they would contact the insurance Co. directly and take whatever they could collect from them to put a new roof on my house, no cost to me.
They got their check from the insurance Co., and came out and put a new roof on my house. A few days later, I went up on the roof to inspect the job. They did not do any of the roof over my patio. I called Steven Grayson, he said he would be back out the following week to finish it. I called him several times after that, and each time he promised he would be back to finish the job. They never came back.
I called the company and spoke with several people about this, but they would not finish the job. They said they needed more money. That was not our agreement. I feel I was totally ripped off.

Canyon State Enterprises is the largest roofing contractor in Northern Arizona with a well-established reputation for great work and integrity in business. It has recently come to our attention that an individual(s) was fraudulently representing himself as an employee of our company and illegally obtained contracts using our name. This individual(s) went so far as to set up a bank account and deposited proceeds from the illegal contracts he fraudulently obtained, many of which were insurance-related claims. We are vigorously pursuing this criminal(s) through the justice system.
We would appreciate any information anyone may have that would help us prosecute the individual(s) responsible for this crime. Unfortunately, we have no record of conducting any business with the person making this rip-off report on our company. We have thousands of satisfied customers, a great standing with the Better Business Bureau, and are licensed in good-standing with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. If you have his promise in writing, take him to court. Doubt you will get any $$ out of it, but it may get the rest of the job done.
