This www.sec.gov claims in bold cap: "IF YOU NEED PROOF OF VIOLATIONS I CAN SUPPLY ALL YOU NEED. ETRADE AND THEIR MARKET MAKERS DO NOT KNOW THE CURRENT RULES EXIST."

www.sec.gov/rules/proposed/beem1.txt If you are interested in researching further, in the process of collecting your refund, access Google, enter keyword: etrade violations. You will receive 275 sources of information to reveiw.

Now because you are in Aneheim, California, State law applies, so that you have to reveiw California laws to determine your entitlements.

This is a large enough amount of money that the input of law enforcement may be a consideration. Trace that money trail, with the cooperation of your bank. Who withdrew the payment? When? Where was the payment sent? Who signed for it? This is all information, which contributes to building your case. This person cannot just take your money and run.

In addition, you might consider accessing www.ftc.gov for more information. They have a new emarket link, and have banned together with other countries to enforce new etrade laws. I am unaware as to whether China is a member of this new emarket division, they can verify that for you. The emarket section is a sublink and may not be readibly visible, so you will have to thoroughly search the Federal Trade Commission home page to find it.

Where did you purchase this phone? Was it through www.etrade.com? Was it through ebay.com? Report to the given web site. For example, if you purchase through www.rentacoder.com, they monitor all site activity for etrade violations, and are known to constantly expel merchants practicing etrade violations.

If you can get back to us with more information, on the origin of your purchase, the specific name of the site your services and product purchased. Was it www.gotone.china.com or www.china.com? If you can, please give a specific name.

Hope this helps, get back to us if you can, so others might learn from your situation.

Hope this helps.
