Cape Cod Chrysler Kia, Mary K Gillheeney explosive mentality abused by the Finance Director when we went to cancel our purchase oder the next day she lied & screamed so I hung up on her Hyannis massachusetts

My daughter & I went to look at cars at Cape Cod Chrysler/Kia. We put a purchase order in on a car. The next day, after thinking it over, we cancelled the purchase order first talking to a salesman.

He proceeded to put Ms. Mary K. Gillheeney on the phone who insisted that she have a reason from me for the cancel. Her attiitude infuriated me!

Finally I made some excuse up and told her I had 3 days to cancel a contract. She insisted it was to late and would not relent. She said it was too late because the car was already registered and that I was looking at reposession.

I called the DMV and the car was NOT registered. At this point we were both screaming over the phone as she would not relent. Not only that but I kept telling her I did not want to discuss anything now as I was at work.

Oh no, she had to keep screaming and yelling and I screamed back at her. She was like a snapping turtle that would not let go! After 2 weeks we called about the deposit and they said to come in.

We went in and during 45 minutes of waiting for her to just hand the check over that was already, she had 2 cigarette breaks! Then she told my daughter to wait another 15 minutes. My daughter ended that by going to Gilllheeney's boss. Never again!
