I received a phone call from a woman named Julie, who despite my asking a number of times, refused to indicate who she was, why she was calling, and claimed this was in regard to a personal business matter.

She initially started out by asking what my name was.  Then she went on to ask me to provide information related to my full legal name, my date of birth, and my US SSN.

Since I knew this person has no legal right to call me, OR to ask this information of me, I continued to ask what she was attempting to accomplish, and why would I talk to her at all or provide ID info to her?

She became hostile and malicious saying she is going to get me and my information anyway, and then she hung up on me.

This tended to prove what I later learned, being she and they are a fraud, they claim to be in the biz of collecting on medical debt, which is impossible. Since privacy rights there are elevated above consumer debt which is not medical in nature.

Her dialog which I was able to get from her proved she knew she can't know or collect the information.

Oddly enough, a few minutes later I get a cold call from Smart Home Remodeling in Houston TX with a male with a deep mumbly voice pretended to offer home improvement services.

He mumbled on and then hung up on me before I could learn who he represented.  I called back and talked to a female phone rep who provided information about them, their website address, and I was contacted again later by TXT/SMS on my phone with their sales lead.  This confirms them also.

Being a victim of prior violence where some of the events took place while working for a US Defense contractor, as well as medical maltreatment, this all added up to a form of retaliation, extortion, blackmail, and an offer that someone is going to harm me.

I don't owe money, and certainly not to these people.

The information seems to have been leaked to them from a non-authorized source.
