CAPISTRANO FORD Sold damaged vehicle as NEW ripoff SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO California
Dealer sold vehicle to me as "NEW" and failed to disclose pre-existing damage to vehicle. Deceptive practices by dealer prevented me from noticing until after I took delivery of vehicle.

The damages include: Bumper out of alignment, chips on front of vehicle, dent in passenger side door jam, deep scratches on center console, broken weather strip requiring window to be replaced, rattle while driving.
I have estimates Morey's Collision 951-371-1600 (referred by Hemborg Ford): $2414.67, Caliber 951-736-1398: $3054.51, All Magic 951-734-1610: $3514.17.
Capistrano Ford acknowledges damage but says that I must allow them to fix (including having them send to a body shop!).
I contacted CARSDIRECT.COM to purchase the vehicle. CARSDIRECT.COM is the one who selected this vehicle for me to purchase. I want the new car that CARSDIRECT.COM advertised and not a damaged vehicle that required repairs.

NEW just refers to previous ownership

If a car sat on a dealer's lot for 20 years, if it had never been registered, it could still be sold as a NEW vehicle.
So we can be better warned against the dealership, what exactly was the damage?
