Complaint Review: Capital Acquisitions & Management Company (CAMCO)

I was contacted by this company (CAMCO) demanding payment for a debt I was suppose to owe for the amount of $3423! Over $2000.00 was interest of course..The rep explained it was from Oct. 1990?? This is 2003! I tried to explain to the gentelman (Paul Rosenburg) what he was doing was in violation of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting act, but he told me what he was doing was legal, and if I didn't pay him....he would make money any way because they would just sell the account again to someone else! What can we do to stop these people?
