Complaint Review: Capital Aquisition & Management

I have been hounded by this so-called collection agency for 5 months now. There IS no debt owed to anyone, yet they continue to call my home 5 times a day. I have contacted the police dept., phone company, and Federal Trade Commission, and have sent certfied mail telling them to 'cease and desist' yet the calls continue, from 7:30 a.m. to 10pm at night, including weekends and holidays.

I want to see this company OUT OF BUSINESS for their illegal practices and can not beleive the State of Illinois allows them to continue to operate with no penalties despite their HUGE history of threatening and illegal tactics. If anyone is compliling a list for a class action suit, please put me on it.
