Complaint Review: Capital Area Protection Patrol & Security

My company hired Capital Area Protection Patrol & Security to provide commissioned security officers for a client.

On July 27, 2004 I received a call from the client informing me of several problems it had experienced with the officers. FIrstly, one of the officers had been notified on several occasions that smoking was not allowed in the building. Secondly, and more disturbingly, my client notified me that it found of of it's officers sleeping during his shift. Upon receiving complaints from my client, I immediately terminated the agreement I had with CAPPS. I asked that CAPPS promptly reimburse the money it had received as a retainer.

I have heard nothing from this company despite many efforts to contact them including writing a certified letter, which they refused. CAPPS owes Travis Investigations $1,595.35.
