capital bankcard group east hartford connecticut non responsive, took the account &will not repair terminal. also allowed debit card authorization but never had the funds tranfered to our account. east hartford Connecticut

Capital bankcard group allowed hundreds of transactions to authorize for three months although the funds were never deposited into our account. We had the same terminal & never made any changes. They update software but dropped the ball on us never updated our bterminal capture device. They blamed it on our old terminal which has now been replaced  & again will not batch for the last week. Every debit purchase for months were withdrawn from our customers bank accounts but never put into ours. Wheres Our Money? Thousands of dollars of our funds are where? they cannot explaini, 100+ hours of our time. We had to manually key in 3 months of customer recipts in an attemt to get paid. About 90% was recovered. Chargeback complaints resulted from multiple customers. Our account rep never shows. I can't wait until the law suite is filled for the neglect of our funds and abuse to our name.
