Capital Benefit ripoff scam, consumer fraud rip-off Nationwide
I received a phone call from Amanda saying I was approved for a credit card with a $5000 credit line. She also told me it would be zero percent interest for 1 year and then at a fixed 4.75% for the life of the card. When she mentioned the $289 processing fee I asked her to send me the literature in the mail,she told me I needed to pay the $289 from my checking account first. I told her to call me back the following day so I could investigate in this company a little further, she never called back! I am glad I typed this company name in my search engine and found out the truth.
