Capital Billing Service LLC Money owed for magazine subscriptions that were never ordered Los Angeles California
Received collection letter stating I owed 1,048.95 dollars for a collection. It is stating if i do not contact them within 30 days, that they will assume this debt is valid. Cannot reach anyone at the 800 number. I cannot afford a mark on my credit for something i did not authorize.
