Complaint Review: Capital Builders Sophie North Carolina

I was told it be 13 to 14 week's for them to get to me so i said that's good month after anna called saying she's was putting me on schedule for concrete i told her i was told it be 13-14 week's she told me to called back when im ready so i did no answer or return no calls only when i had a lawyer to call them they always put the blame on the customer they never want to own up to today mistake i have being trying get in contact with someone to see what all I need but they never answer only one time when I block my number but when he knew it was me he felt soft an upset but he was happy to take my 2000.00 when I drove 2 hours he didn't have a problem with it an i called Anna she never answered or return my call only when the lawyer called then she gonna called it's sad how people can sleep knowing they lying to people but if it was them in our place they be upset to wish I did my research before I gave them my money lot people on BBB saying how bad the business is how in the world all these people are wrong an u trying say they bad mouthing the business lol y'all the one doing a good job at it
