Capital Cash ripoff Lebanon Tennessee
I got a title loan on my 2001 Ford F150 at 20% interest rate. I paid the 220.00 every month and finally decided to pay 1/2 off in Jan 05. I paid 720.00 and was told i was due again to pay in April, although I am moving and did not keep track of my reciepts. I have always called this company when/if I would maybe need a day or 2 extention, or they would call and remind me of loan due.
This month was different. Semmed I was being set up so that I could not ever pay off loan. Let me explain... I looked out my window to see a tow truck in front of my truck. I run out the all confused and he said go call, i will wait. As soon as I closed the door, he left WITH my truck. I call Capital Cash and she says, "no, hob. You were due in March." I said "well, how come you didnt call me?" She said we did, several times and it wasnt the right number. This, i know was a lie, because every other time, they have called me Now she is saying a one where a seven is supposed to be to play it off like she tried to call. So, now she tell me I have to pay 250.00 for towing, which makes it a total of 970.00, she says.
I told her I would have to complete loan paid off by the end of the month but i need my vehicle back. So, she calls the "loan officer" and he says no, she has to pay in full, because i know shes moving and i dont want to lose my money. Which, is understandable, but i have NEVER been late without calling first. They have NEVER had to hunt me down. Even giving this man my new address did not appease him.
I go down to this company with the 970.00 that the woman told me I would need to pay off the loan and get my truck back, and she says no, u need 1,286.80. I could not believe it. seems they keep adding on fees to make it as impossible as they can for me to get my vehicle back. So, for the actual 500.00 I owe on this loan, they are taking a vehicle that is worth 20-25,000. They are giving me 20 days to pay this 1,286.80 or they will action off my truck. They know I am on social security for a disability and are doing their best to scam me. WORDS OF WISDOM: NEVER EVER, get a title loan. It is legal LOANSHARKING!!

AWESOME I got 275,000 after they repaired my credit
I think their is more than one capital cash cause ones I dealt with got my bankruptcies off, a tax lien for federal of 19432.00 and a state tax lien of 12,322 and 3 collections off in 36 days then they added free tradelines which showed up in 2 weeks then I got my first round of funding by an over night express of 15k then then I got several bank loans between 15k and 25k and several credit lines from banks at 15k -25k with low interest rates.
I went to two other credit repair places and got ripped off every time capital cash only place that did what they said they would do.
I felt obligated becuase Capital Cash allowed me to get out of a bad neighborhood with crime since my credit got repaired vs make it worse like previously two scammer companies did and then now that I got cash I got into a new nice neighborhood an awesome house and got my son into a magnet school plus I was finally able to start my own business and quit working for a JOB I HATED.
Yeah I can't say enough about this company. Capitalcash, I know thier is another capital cash company out their but its definitely not the same one cause this one I m talking about I have since sent alot of my friends and family too and everyone is more then happy. My life was screwed completely prior to them especially after two other places totally took my money and didn't do anything to fix my credit and I was more then distraut to say the least. This effected every aspect of my life and my son was being bullied every day at the last school and the people that took my money for credit repair need to be shot in my opinion cause they are ruining peoples already bad lives.
