Capital Choice Consumer Choice Rip Off
I received the certificate stating that I was "already approved" for a Platinum Card for $5000.00, I sent in a check on 1/11/02 for $43.00 to receive my card withing a few weeks, my check cleared but I have never received a card. I looked everywhere on the certificate for a phone number and there wasn't one listed. The credit provider is listed as Capital Choice Consumer Credit at 9590 NW 25 Street Miami, FL 33172. Is there anything I can do to get my money back?

I need to correct soemthing from my previuos report, the check DID NOT clear they took the money out as debit, which I did not authorize and the check is no where to be found!!! BEWARE!!!!
