Complaint Review: cyrus rafanan

i received a mail letter from capital choice consumer credit saying that i have been approved for a platinum card with a $5,000.00 credit line limit.on the letter says,its not a maybe.they have already reserved the card in my name.all i have to do is send my membership fee of $39.00.in fact,i mailed them with a membership fee of $43.00 for a quick process once they receive my money.it was a money order by the way.its almost two weeks prior from the date i sent my money order.i have not receive any information from capital choice consumer credit.whether if im going to be receiving a card fom them.i dont knw what to do,but i guess get the phone number and call them up.can you please give me some feed backs about my situation.i would really appreciate this if i will be able to solve my problem.thank you.
