Complaint Review: Capital Choice Consumer Credit

I paid the Capital Choice Consumer Credit the $43.00 to process a credit card and they kept my money. After realizing that I wasn't going to receive the card I began reading their letter and I really feel like a Big Sucker, the letter states that the card is not a credit card and other info. one should note. But I do feel that they should have rendered the services that they promised to offer. Those of you out there lets call this a learning lesson but lets try to get these people shut down..
