Complaint Review: Capital Choice Consumer Credit

I had recieved a letter from Capital Choice Consumer Credit stating that I would receive a credit card with a credit line of $5000. I decided to give them a call after I noticed that I never received a card. Come to find out their is no number for the company and that its a rip off. I was hoping to get that credit to help get my life back together. Now I have to start all over again. I lost $43.00 because I was hoping it came priority mail.
