Complaint Review: Capital Choice Consumer Credit

Ok, I feel really stupid here. I got the postcard in the mail that said: You have been approved for a $5000 Platinum Card. I don't know why but I decided to read the entire terms and conditions. It seemed like you would receive a "Merchandise Card" and if you made only $99 in purchases you would receive a REAL $5000 Platinum Card from a major credit card company. 3 days after I sent in my $43 for "RUSH DELIVERY", I received a call from some salesman from CCCC telling me they've sent me the card and also are going to send me all kinds of free stuff! I didn't receive the package for about a week, when I did, you can understand why I stopped payment on the check I sent them which cost me $20 to do everytime. Then a few weeks later they EFT'ed the $43 out of my account without my authorization, plus $39 for "Minute Mega Saver" and $99 for some other company name. All with different contact info and phone numbers (All of which go to the same voice system). I stopped payment on ALL of the charges costing me a total of $80 in bank charges. I want a check hand written by an officer of CCCC or MCMM or whatever company name you like for $80 and also a promise that this will NEVER happen again to anyone and I will be happy.
