CAPITAL CHOICE CONSUMER CREDIT FRAUD & ILLEGAL WITHDRAWL OF BANK FUNDS
My wife and I applied for a Capital Choice Consumer Credit card after receiving a letter in the mail.It was around the first week of December 2001,after checking with BBB and your agency not having any reports on them my wife and I decided to send off for it.We put a check in the mail the next day for $43.00 and until 1/11/2002 we hadn't heard anything from them and tried calling them with no luck.Then we received our bank statment in the mail and found out they had made a electronic withdrawl on our account,it was late afternoon and couldn't do anything about the check.Not having received the card and paying twice for something we haven't gotten to use is not fair at all.Please let me know as to my options.
