Capital Choice Consumer Credit Hi, My names Joseph I got a letter in the mail from Capital Choice Consumer Credit saying that I was approved for a "$5,000 Credit Card' !!! ripoff Miami Florida
I sent the form out and I am still waiting for it to come back and it is March 29th 2002.I seen this site and that how i found out it was a rip off.I payed 39.00 for it and if i aint gonna get this credit card is there ne one that can help me get my money back and i want them shut down and sued for as much money as they have since they like to take money from people that are trying to pay there bills and other stuff like injoying there life not getting ripped off. help us please get our money back do it for the people they had this happen to them !!!!!

I agree, (ACTION) speaks louder then words. I think the possibility of filing a small claim suit is a great idea. That is, "Only" if everybody that was victimized who has ever been a victim before Stand Up! Speak up! I know its a busy world, and its easy to say "I don't have the time; Sometimes its good to slow down, stop for a few moments take a look around, Just being aware of what is going around you, and if you think, that would only take up to much of your time? Then just think of how much of your time capital choice consumer credit took from you (or) some other RIP-OFF place.
I would like to say if I could be of any help, being I have been a victim before with Rip-off's and was almost taken by the capital choice consumer credit at 9590 NW 25th Street MIAMI, FL 33172, and I still have the approval certificate letter along with the platinum credit card.

Look into the possibility of filing a small claim suit for the amount of what they promised you.
In many states small claims court allows up to if not exceeding $5000.00!
With a suffecient amout of tangeble proof such as a copy of the original letter, And a copy of either a money order, canceled check would provide the proof.
If enough people did this the word would get around fast and they would have to close up shop.

Joseph- first of all you need to close your bank account and open a new one. As long as they have your account number, they will continue to debit money from your account for all types of fake s**t. -- Phone Cards, Auto Service- you name it. Stop payment on the check that you sent them. It sucks that you have to this stuff huh? After that report them to your State Attorney General's Office as well as the one for Florida. Also- file a report with the BBB. Keep all of the stupid s**t that you were sent and make copies of everything!-- Sent to your Att. General. Let's shut these jerks down!!!!
