Complaint Review: Capital Choice Consumer Credit

First they make you think you have been "approved" for a $5000.00 capital choice credit card and charge you $39.00 for it. Once it arrives, you realize you can only order from their catalog. Then they call to offer you a special introductory offer the 1000 Minute Mega Saver card for $39.00 per month. You tell them that you are not interested, but they insist that this is your free gift. And all you have to do after the first month is write cancel on the invoice and return it -- no questions asked. Then, 3 days later they have debited your account. -- I then called and spent many days calling the toll free custormer service number that is busy -- and finally, I resorted to calling the number that went through the bank account. Finally a person -- who insists that they are not taking money from my checking account and I should call the other number. No thanks!!! I am finished. My bank will have to straighten this one out.
