Complaint Review: Capital Choice Consumer Credit

In early november i received mail from capital choice stating that for $39.00 they would send me a credit card that i was already approved for,and if i sent $5.00 more they would send it special delivery.Today i received a catalog and a application to fillout for the credit card.Also i found out the card was for catalog buying only.I don't know why thay charged me $44.00 because they never sent anything but a catalog.
