Complaint Review: Capital Choice Consumer Credit Platinum

I opened up my letter today to see if there was an address or phone number to write an email or call to see what was going on with my account and couldn't find any. I sent them a money order around 2-3 weeks ago and haven't heard anything. So I got on the internet to see if I could find their web site and came upon this fraud report. I can't believe that they are getting away with this. People are sending them their hard earned money and they are just taking it. I don't think that is right and I think that something needs to be done about it. I'm sure that there are alot more people out there that have been ripped off and I feel that we all should be able to get are money back. THIS IS SUCH A SHAME FOR THEM TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE THIS WAY!!!! Michelle Morgantown, West Virginia
