I also sent capital choice consumer credit a check for $43.00 for rush delivery of my platnuim card and have received nothing in return. I recieved a phone call from them two weeks ago to verify my address. After running to the mailbox everyday for a month, and having no luck contacting them by phone. I decided to look them up on the internet. then I found this site. What a wonderful site. To bad I didn't find it a month ago. Capital Choice consumer credit is a complete rip-off. Caa=n someone help me get my money back and stop them from scamming others!!!

You can file a complaint with the better business bureau and also with the federal trade commission. The federal trade commision enforces a variety of federal antitrust and consumer protection laws. however they do not resolve consumer disputes, your comlaints helps them spot patterns of law violations that require law enforcement action.

We may be able to stop them after all.

After almost a month I finally received me credit card along with a catalog. You can only order out of the catalog and you must send them half of the price to order something. I have no plans of using this card. I have called to cancel it but get no response. I am sure I will get some sort of bill from the jerks. How do they get away with this. If you have been scammed file a report with the better business bureau it may help close them down. Anyone up for a class action suit?
