Complaint Review: capital choise consumer credit

I received this card offer months ago just now got the money to send for the card.

Went online to see if I could find a number to call to see when I was to receive the card and this is what I found.

Now i am not going to sit back and take this cause these people doing this dont understand that this was an answer I need to get back on track.

Was plaining on using this card to help pay some bills off due to my wife loosing our twins that she was caring this card would helped out.
