Complaint Review: Capital Choice Consumer Credit

I, too, have been among the many who have been wrongfully misguided to send the $43.00 for a $5,000.00 line of credit. recently, i've been the victim of having ALL my credit cards and identity taken from me.

now, you may have had something similar happen and you know that it's not easy to re-establish credit. i found this offer attractive and convienent as it didn't require a credit check, only a $43.00 "Processing Fee."

i wasn't in a hurry to recieve it but when i recieved a phone call from a "Customer Service Rep" stating that i also am recieving some cell phone\calling card, and some 'other' service that he said i can cancel right away, when i recieve my card.

i argued with this gentlman for a half-hour and tried to have him help explain WHY i needed these things if i wasn't interested in recieving them. he didn't have an educated answer, rather, he said "well, i'm just doing my job and thi is what "they" are telling me to tell you."

what the? anyway, these ficticious companies NEED to take resonsibility as would a legitimate company that offered the same service and didn't deliver! they contact via phone to say that my credit card will be arriving in the next 5-10 business days...why?

What can we do so this doesn't happen to ANYMORE? how do we get our money back? granted it's only $43.00, but i feel that i earned that $43.00 HONESTLY, and they are taking MY money Dishonestly by not following through with when they say they'll deliver it and what Bottom Line Up Front is with the service you're getting in return for your premium.

i sincerely hope someone finds these low lifes! whatever i can do to support any action against companies like these, let me know...i'm all ears.
