Complaint Review: Capital Choice Consumer Credit

I just mailed my check for $43.00 and did it already supicious of the whole deal. I came home with a bad feeling and read the small print and realized that it wasn't for a major credit card in the first place. I then , proceeded to look it up in the internet and found this.

I will place a stop payment immediately and notify my bank but it seems that they can get away with an automatic withdrawal of the account.

Grrr!!! Somebody has to stop these assholes!!!
I'm calling them right now just to cuz at them if nothing else.
