capital choice consumer credit ripoff Fake Address? Miami Florida
I just wrote a complaint to the better business bureau about this company...Capital Choice Consumer Credit...they have an adderss for this place, but the zip code is different from what is on the letter they sent me...??? Seems kind of weird to me.
Also, checked my account yesterday and found out their partner company...the stupid 1000 min. calling card place charged my account $39.
I got a letter from them when I first applied that said after a 10-day trial membership, my account would be charged $39. They number they gave me is always busy...I got another number from my bank. called that number and they said that their company just opened 4 new call centers. If they just opened 4 new call centers, how is it that the line is BUSY!!!! One explanation could be that they have ripped so many people off that their phones are ringing off the hooks...
Anyway, these people assured me that the original number I was calling is a legitimate number and that once I do get someone to speak to, they will place me on hold for 7-10 mins. "so they can look up my information." What a bunch of crap. These people are bad news!!!! I wish I was in Florida right now....I'd like to pay these people a visit.
